​We despatch orders quickly and efficiently. Orders processed before 1pm are very often despatched on the same day (subject to payment terms and stock availability). Orders placed after that time will usually be shipped the following working day.

Smaller orders for single cups are typically sent with the Royal Mail Tracked service. Larger orders are sent by FedEx or DHL trackable.
Please note: Our warehouse is open Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm

All orders over £30 ​to mainland UK are FREE of charge.

Orders under £30 are subject to a £4.50 inc.VAT delivery charge.

return & refund policy.
Any return requests should be emailed to info@huskcups.co.uk
All website purchases can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You must notify us of a return request within 14 days. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the order was fulfilled correctly.

Trade order returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery. After this returns may not be accepted.
Your item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
​
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. The refunded amount will exclude the original shipping costs plus any additional return shipping costs that HUSK UK pays if a pick-up return is arranged on behalf of the customer.​
​
We do not accept returns for any custom products.
